DNS - AD Integrated issue

Trying to setup a second DNS server in a Win2k Domain, when Iinstall DNS on
the second server, the option to make it 'Active Directory Integrated' is
greyed out, leaving only "Standard Primary" or "Standard Secondary" as my
two options. the second DNS server is a member server of the Domain, see's
the first DNS server no problem. Any ideas why this might be happening?
