Windows XP Ver5.1 Service Pack 1:

Norton Firewall running detects dmserver.exe trying to
access the Web when browser is open. Norton indicates
medium risk. I keep blocking the communication, what is
dmserver.exe? Should I permit an configure as a rule, to
allow the communication?
