dmio.sys corrupt error

I am trying to load wp home on a pc and the system will
not install win xp from cd. I downloaded the 6 floopy
startup disks and everything went well until disk 4 where
I got the error message "dmio.sys corrupt". What can I
do about this? I need to format my new drive c but I am
unable to get past this step.
