dlportio.sys

I am trying to use My Nomi ink cartridge reset software
and keep getting the error message "dlportio.sys" not
loaded.The file is under widows\system32\drivers. When
tracing through the program the first error is
with "APPHELP.DLL". Latter KERNEL32.DLL and MPR.DLL shows
the module was missing an export function. I also cannot
load Axiom 68hc11 utilitys or compiler. The same files
show faults as above. Nomi has worked on my system before.
Any help would be grate.
