When I go to the RoadRunner activation website activation.rr.com and try to activate the RoadRunner Wizard I get a error message and then the internet closes. Also when I am just surfing the internet sometimes it just closes on its own. The error I get is module: dlltrack.dll. What can I do to correct this. I am currently on Sprint DSL and using Windows XP but am trying to switch to RoadRunner. Please help. I have done everything I know to correct this but have had no luck.
