I'm sure that this problem has been answered somewhere before but I'm afraid
I can't find it.

I initially get Error 2738. Could not access VBScript run time for custom
action., when I try to run the program which updates my phone software. The
fix found on a numbar of sites is to register the dll. This is when I get
the error DllRegisterServer in vbscript.dll failed. return code was:
0x80004005. I am logged on as network administrator when I try to run
regsvr32. Where to frome here?

I also have the same problem like yours. Has anyone got the solution for
this error? Please help.
