DllRegisterServer entry point was not found!!!

Hi,
I have a program that needs a dll file (MPR.dll) but this file has problem.
when i use "regsvr32 mpr.dll", I get this message:

This file can not be registered.

How can i solve it?

Dllname was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer or DllUnregisterServer entry
point was not found.

Dllname is not a .dll or .ocx file.

For example, typing regsvr32 wjview.exe generates this error message.
