dllhost eat up almost 100% cpu

My website uses ASP and accessing SQL databases. I have
moved to new servers and now have a problem with dllhost
pegging the CPU at 100% on the webserver computer. The SQL
server computer is not affected. What causes this? Is
there a way to find out what code dllhost is running, ASP
or my DLL? I look at the perfmon whihc indicate thread 26
and 27 use the cpu heavily.
