Posted 3 times and no one has replied. Help

When I boot up I get message that says "Can't Load
msmgr32.dll I've searched and found only one reference to
it linking me to Microsoft where it stated this the fix is
no longer valid. There was nothing posted. Can anyone post
a fix or refer me to a valid fix already posted?

Sounds like a virus infection to me.

running you spyware,if you don't have one try
