Had an ntfs error so did the chkdsk/f. Ended with a "Found" folder with the
file "Microsoft.VisualBasic.ni.dll" located in it. I'll be damned if I can
figure out where it should be. Hoping someone can tell me.

BTW - can't seem to get rid of sporadic ntfs errors. WD's diagnostics (and
others) etc. all indicate there's nothing wrong with the drive. SFC/scannow
is ok. Anit-virus/ malware etc. programs all say everythings's ok etc. etc.
More or less latest drivers.

Goggle leads me to others with same problem and only solution seems to be
redo entire system (which runs fine afterwards). Rather not bite that bullet
of course so just wondering if anyone has any insights into how I can tell
what's going on when the problem happens, e.g. something that will monitor
for a "fail" event of some sort rather than having to manually keep looking
in the event veiwer to see it has happened but so hard to tell exactly
"when" and what was I doing at the time.

That specific .dll is installed with MS Visual Studio 2005 and, IIRC,
it's located in WINDOWS\assembly\NativeImages_v2.0.50727_32.
