DLL initialization failed at shut down

When I shut down my computer, I always get an error
message saying, "DLL initialization failed because windows
station is shutting down." Then there's another window in
the back with the header, "Ending program -
rundll32.exe." The system shuts down normally afterwards,
but I always get those two windows popping up. Can anyone
help me with this problem? Thanks!
