I have a couple of problems with dll files!

a) when i try to open Msn Messenger, an error box loads
saying
"msn messenger could not load up because a dynamic link
library (dll) file -unicows.dll- failed"

b) when i try to open Outlook Express, an error box loads
saying
"Outlook Express could not load up because a dynamic link
library (dll) file -MSOE.DLL- failed"

does anybody know how to solve this? I cannot reboot my
system because, for some reason, system restore will not
work.

Thanks

It sounds like the OS on your computer has become corrupted. A re-install
sounds appropriate as it will be difficult to piece it back together not
knowing what has happened.
