When I start, I get error message:
"dll could not be opened"
In the event viewer, I found this message:

"The SNMP Service is ignoring extension agent key
SOFTWARE\Microsoft\IPXMibAgent\CurrentVersion because it
is missing or misconfigured."

Are these related to each other? Is there a fix?

I suppose it's possible, but I would check out the startup tab in "msconfig"
to find out what else might be failing.
