I need to send a program update to one client in my distribution list of 300+
clients. If I pick the distribution list, as recommended in the help
section, I have to delete 299 contacts in that list to send just 1 email with
the attached program. There must be an easier way!

Add a contact item for that one client. Distruibution lists are not
well-suited to be the primary storage location for contact items.
