Could someon advise me how to make my Distribution List PRIVATE - there is a
private button within the establishment of a Distribution List, but when I
CHECK the box, the distribution listing still comes up that everyone has the
ability to see it - I don't want to use the BCC because it looks strange when
the sender and the receipt are in the To and From boxes - any ideas what the
PRIVATE BUTTON is for in the DL establishment.

Do a mail merge instead. Each user gets a message that is To their address.

In a non-Exchange environment, its so that the dl won't sync to your PDA
(assuming your PDA does the whole 'Don't sync private items' thing).

In an Exchange environment, it is another way to prevent people from seeing
some of your items.
