All,

I have to create an email address (let's call it
(E-Mail Removed)) that will, once an email is received,
redirect the content of that message to 10 recipients in 5 different
companies (on 5 domains).

We want the users to be able to hit "Reply All" and to respond to the
email by sending a note to (E-Mail Removed) (Therefore,
everyone will get the message)

The requirement is that once the recipient receives an email he should
not see who's on the distribution list, therefore all what he should
be able to see is from: (E-Mail Removed) and To:
(E-Mail Removed)

The rules (if any) have to be server based.

I've built a rule that sends a fwd to my 10 people Distribution List
whenever an email is received by (E-Mail Removed) - however,
the exchange expands the distribution list and people are able to see
who's receiving the mail. The problem arises when they hit Reply All
(as they often do, regardless of multiple reminders not to do so) - in
that case, all people that are listed in the TO as well as
(E-Mail Removed) (the same people) will receive an email,
resulting in duplicate emails.

I've purchased exchange mail and SharePoint hosting for xyz.com
domain, however should I need to purchase different service that's no
problem at all.

The users are on XP, and running, depending on a company, various
versions of Lotus Notes and Outlook 2003

Thanks,

Hlial

You need a list processor. This isn't really Outlook's forté.
