When I use a distribution list with XP Pro SP2, Outlook 2003 SP3 to send an
email, it normally displays a "+" sign to the left of the list so I could
expand and tailor who would receive the email. For some reason now this is
not displayed. I tried using online help but did not find the switch to cut
back on this feature. This occurred before I applied SP3, which I just
applied with all the recommended updates but that did not fix this.

Thank you in advance.

Chuck

In a corporate environment?
Could it be that your domain admin has disabled this functionality as a
policy?

As a post script this is happening on all my distribution lists and not just
on one.

Are these personal DL's or Corporate DL's located in the GAL (Global Address
List)?

These are personal distribution lists that I created manually. Until
recently the "+" sign would appear to allow deleting one or more names before
sending.
