Distribution list emails displaying one name at a time

Is there a way to send an email to a distribution list and only the
recipient's name appears in the "TO" field for each name in the distribution
list?

No. Put your address in the To field and the DL in the Bcc field.

If you want the messages to be individually addressed, use mail merge, not
DLs.
