I found that when outlook 2003 is running in offline

Is the distribution list from your contacts folder or the global address
list? The reason that I ask is that if the distribution list is a contact
folder, it is very possible that a full item sync hasn't been performed and
you are just looking at the header of an item when in Outlook is in offline
mode.

export. If you are asking how to export exchange's global address list,
