If I put the DL in the BCC, and a person hits "reply to all" won't all
contacts on the DL receive that person's response? I'd like to avoid that;
any tips?

No - the recipient won't see the contents of the BCC field. That's what it's
for. So, when they reply to all, it will go to the sender and to any address
in the TO / CC fields....that's it.

No, since BCC is not exposed.
