Distribution List -- Anonymous

In Outlook I've created a distribution list fo regular alerts that my
organization sends out. The problem is that it appears that all recipients
see the emails of each other in the "To:" space.

How do I send ensure that this distribution list henceforth renders
anonymous all recipient from each other?

Put the DL in the Bcc field.
