When I try to send an email using a distribution list it gives me the
following error:

The name or distribution list has been deleted and is no longer a valid
Address Book entry. The operation failed. An object could not be found.

I have the distribution contact within my CONTACTS and I've went into it and
clicked UPDATE NOW, but I still get this error.

The connection from the Outlook Address Book to your Contacts folder has
been damaged, possibly by moving the PST incorrectly or due to an import.
Remove the Outlook Addresws Book service from your mail profile and add it
in again. Do this with Outlook closed in the Mail applet in Control Panel.
