There are products that exist out there for some cash like Shavlik,
UpdateExpert, and others.
You could also install Software Update Services (free from Microsoft). It
acts like an internal Windows Update server. You'd just need to configure
the SUS client on your workstations to point to your internal server rather
than to Windows Update.
