There are a couple of different ways to go about distributing the front-ends
of split databases - which should always go to each user's local hard drive.
Access MVP Tony Toews has an AutoUpdateFE program available for download at:
http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/autofe.htm
You could put a short-cut to a BAT file on each user's desktop. The BAT
file would contain a DOS copy command. You would need to notify each of
your users to double-click on the short-cut to update their database (which
must be closed)
