Distributing the database mdf file.

Hi,

I would like to ask how you solve the problem with the database file
distribution, if the customer has installed the SQL Server (Express) with the
different collation than it is used in your database file.

Is it better instead of distributing the file, to create this file on the
customer computer from the script? I read in many articles what advantage it
is to be able to include the database file into the installation, but never I
saw any note about collation problems that occur in real live.
