Distributing CABS - legal question

Hi Guys!!!

My question is: if I create an autoinstaller for a VB.NET Application
that uses the Compact Framework and SQLCE, can I distribute the CABS for
these two platforms? or should I just redirect the user to download the
redistributable files from the Microsoft web site?

I think that the Compact Framework won't be a problem since there is
already a redistributable file in the MSDN. However, I'm not sure about SQLCE.

Any help is greatelly appreciated!!!
