distribute transaction coordinator can't be started

HI,

i don't know why the service of "distribute transaction coordinator" can't
be started and error code is -1073737712.my OS is windows 2003 with SP1, and
i also found the service of "DCOM Server Process Launcher" can't be stop.
who can help me?
