If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.
Note 1; are you permitted by your ISP to send messages in bulk?
Note 2; if the recipients do not know each other it is better to use the BCC
field instead or else you would be exposing (private) email addresses.
To remove the current message from your Outbox see;
