I have a problem playing music from my harddrive while
online. When I first got my computer this didn't happen,
but I had to do a format reinstall a few months ago and
have been plagued with this problem since. When I play
stored music while online I get a lot of static,
distortion, and skiping. When I am offline I have no
problem. Also anyother applications involving sound while
online are distorted. I called Dell and they said there
was somesort of a patch but were not sure what it was. I
donloaded patch #307271 but it didn't seem to help. I have
this problem when using either Window's Media Player or
MusicMatch Jukebox. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
