It could be the equalizers. Go here to check it. Open WMP, click the View
tab>
Enhancements>Equalizer. Now look at the bottom of the screen on the left
and you'll have choice of three round circles, select the center one. If
that doesn't work, try the top or bottom ones. Good luck. :~)
