I've tried to follow "How do I get rid of my revisions?" in MSW Trackchange
but all I can find is "Reject Change" and no "Accept Change". Is their a
simpler method to delete all the markups and comments and to forward via
email the final document without the markups appearing once again? I've yet
to figure that one out.
Regards,
Michael J. Ming

What version of Word are you using? If Word 2007 then use the Document
Inspector -- it will accept all changes for you. To locate it click the
Office Button, point to Prepare, and then click Inspect Document.

If you are using a previous version the Accept command should be next to the
Reject command. Accept All or Reject All can be found by clicking the arrow
next to the Accept or Reject command.

In pre-2007, if the check-mark doesn't appear on the Reviewing toolbar
because there isn't room for it, then it's hiding under the down-arrow
at the right of the toolbar. Once you've used it, it'll displace
something else on the toolbar.
