You can do a print screen and paste it into another sheet. Bring up your
form on the screen so that it has the focus, then press Alt+PrtScrn > go to
the blank sheet and right click, then click paste. It should paste only the
UserForm. Then you can use the drawing tool bar to make arrows, etc. and
type in text boxes for the instructions. Rots o ruck.
