When I receive e-mail that contains thumbnail graphics of album covers, they
do not display. All I get is graphics frame with small box inside of red
square, blue triangle and green circle.
Would appreciate help in being able to display these thumbnails.

Go to Tools, Safety Options, Security, uncheck "Block images..." and also
uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."
Also, go to Tools, Options, Read, and uncheck "Read all
messages in plain text".

If all that checks out, the sender may not have included the images correctly.

Gary, tried your suggestions, but still no go. If I use e-mail software from
my ISP (Comcast), the e-mail displays with the album graphics, but not with
Windows Mail. I've seen this problem before but for the life of me I don't
remember if/how it was corrected.

I tried resending e-mail to Windows Mail and the graphics DID display
properly.
