By who? You could have used a trial version first of course.
With a that many rules I would recommend to start from scratch with building
them and use additional sorting methods as well like Search Folders,
Categories and Custom Views. In most cases you should be able to organize
your mail with 10 rules or less. More rules usually lead to a too complex
mail storage structure to manage and work in efficiently.
