Displaying more appointments

I am using the Outlook Calendar to track vacation
schedules. These appointments are "Whole Day"
appointments usually.

When I view the appointments on screen or print them out I
do not see all of the appointments. Typically I see the
first 10 or so and the rest are missing. I am not using
the timed appointments at all so that part of the page is
blank. I need to use it for therest of the whole day
appointments.

Is there anyway to see all of the Whole day appointments?
