displaying Mondays date (week commencing)

Hi,

I have a word document which has a date at the top of it.

I would like this date to display only Mondays date.

So for example today it would display the Monday which has just passed. Next week it would display the Monday of that week and so on.

So it's just basically a week commencing date.

Is this possible in Word?
