Hi All,

I am desperate to collect all my users email address rather than their
aliases or display names. I know that I can drop their aliases in the
TO: box to show their display name, however I have tried all kind of
options to get their Email address to show?

Does anyone have any advice on this?

I have even tried with my IS department, and they don't have a clue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Craig

Not exactly sure what direction you are trying to go with this post. My
first take at it is that you would like to export the global address list so
you could build you own contact address book with whatever data you decided
you wanted. This page has some good info on how export the global address
list.

The second take is that I thought you might be asking that you wanted the
email address to show in the Inbox list of messages rather than whatever the
Microsoft Exchange server has. While it is possible to force the display of
e-mail address over display name. Using Google search engine, just search
for sendername.cfg. The first link will hopefully be to:

www.pcreview.co.uk/forums/thread-854035.php

That contains a post by me on how to accomplish.

Just so you know, the Global Address List is controlled by the server. You
have no control over it in regards to the display name being shown in the
"TO/CC/BCC" fields because it will always show the display name as it was
put in by the network administrator.

Probably more info than you needed, but I think I covered most of the
angles.
