Outlook says the size of my inbox is ~91MB. But when I copy and paste the
inbox to an excel sheet and then tally the size of each email, I only get
~30K. Why the difference? And, if there are "hidden" files, how can I find
and delete them?

Hi David,

at first you must compress your PST file to see the real size of your PST
and folders:

Also a PST file is a database and a database needs some more information
then an Excel sheet.

You can not compare this.
