display window

's Computer Specifications

I am tryin to figure out of to make the screen smaller
when you open internet explorer and cant figure it out. I
have gone to display in the control panel but nothin
there helps me out. Can any one help me on this. Thank You

Drag the window to the new size with the mouse and press CTRL while
you close it.
