how to display Volume Creation Date?

I can display the volume creation date for a FAT volume by running CHKDSK.
This is the date contained in the root directory entry for the volume label
- if you change the volume label you also change this date.

For CDs, I can display the volume creation date using Nero Infotool.

(1) is there a more convenient way than CHDKSK to display the volume
creation date for FAT volumes?

(2) is there a more convenient way than Nero Infotool to display the
volume creation date for CDs and DVDs?

(3) is there a way to display the volume creation date for NTFS volumes?
