Display settings in GPO

Hello,
I would like to make a GPO so the user can access the Display settings. I
only want them to be able to adjust the resolution. I'd prefer that they
could only set it to 1024x768 or 1280x1024. If it's only possible when they
can't access the advanced button, it's no problem.
