I have Compaq notebook running xp pro. Every now and
then my display settings change to something real low and
I can't even make out what is on the monitor. This seems
to happen when I come out of hibernation. I can't even
change them back sometimes because the computer won't let
me. Is there anything I can do to solve this dilema?
Thank you in advance for your time!
Robert

When XP has detected instability in your video drivers, XP will resort to
low resolution (VGA)

Please update your video drivers or go to http://www.compaq.com

Thanks
