I can't change my Desktop Wallpaper, screen resolution by right-clicking on
my Desktop, and right-click on properties, it says " Rundll 32.exe -Bad
Image" The application or Dill C:Winnt\System 32\themeui dill is not a valid
windows Image. Please check against your installation diskette."
If I go into Control Panel and right click on Display, nothing happens. I
can't change any of my settings for wallpaper, screen resolution, etc. I
can't even access my Display.
I can change my wallpaper for my desktop by finding a pickture in my picture
file and it will change it to whatever picture. I can't control my screen
saver, it just runs every 5 minutes of inactivity.

Open Windows Explorer and browse to %windir%System32 folder.
Right-click themeui.dll and rename it as "themeui-old.dll"
Windows will issue a fresh copy of the file from the DllCache folder.
