Display setting needs to set at every restart in window xp pro sp2

hi, i m using xp in domain. a user in an administrator group gets the
resolution of 1024x768. but a normal or domain user get 800x600.
the user must be add in admin group then and only it will get 1024x768. my
system is hp d530cmt. display adapter is intel 82865.
even i had installed latest display driver but there is not solution for that.
if u have any tips or trick for the same. pls give me.
