display rotated

's Computer Specifications

When I boot up to Windows 2000 and login, my display
rotates clockwise 90 degrees. I can't find an option to
change this in Windows, Acessibility option, display
adaptor, or on the monitor.
Any suggestions?

I may just uninstall the graphics card drivers and reload
them.
