hello i am having problems changing settings in the properties..i was trying
to change to clear type in appearances and get the error (visual styles could
not be applied).then the clear type selection turns back to blank in the
window..have errors changing themes also but they do change but with error
(the theme could not load.unspecified error.)i have tried the
windows/resources/ soultion from kellys corner,also extracted brand new files
from the windows cd to themes..,but i do not think thats the problem.theres
just something wrong somewhere else and wondering if anyone has any input thx.

Try going to the web-based clear type interface,select the type to run....
