Working on a friend's older Dell running XP Pro SP2.

Right click the desktop and all I get is the Themes tab.
But I can select a theme, like the XP Theme, click Apply,
and all 5 tabs appear. Click the "X" to close the window,
then again Right click the desktop and all I get is the
Themes tab again. Round and round.

What can I do to always get all 5 tabs of Display
Properties when I right-click the desktop??
