Display Properties list via VBA

Does anyone have a VBA code sample of how to list and/or change any of
the display properties in XP via VBA so these can be listed/stored
either in an Excel file or Access database?

Basically I want to be able to list (or modify via code) all of the
properties you see from Control Panel/Display, and listing the
properties from the Themes,Desktop,Screensaver,Appearance\
(Advanced)and Settings Tabs.
