      9th Mar 2004
when I click a link I get a very minimized bar either on
my tool bar or just floating ... I then must maximize that
to see the page...any suggestions

The floating bar is a small window and can be resized carefully.
Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
