Display problems in Excel 2003

has anyone else had any problems with viewing large spreadsheets in excel
2003 while running vista? I open a large file and can only see part of the
spreadsheet. when I flip to another tab and then return to that spreadsheet I
can see it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
